To install the mouse:
- Place full batteries in the mouse.
- Take the USB-receiver out of the mouse and connect the USB-receiver to the computer without using a hub or extension cable.
- Switch the on/off button to ON on the bottom of the mouse,
- The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver. This might take a few moments.
- Touch a button and move the mouse, the mouse is ready to use.
By pressing the DPI-button you will change the DPI.
There is no visual indication for the DPI selection, other than that the pointer speed on the screen will be faster or slower, depending on the DPI that is selected.
Follow the steps in the mouse settings page
This product uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power. When the product is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power.
To make sure that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used (since some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off), we recommend to doublecheck the power management options of the USB-port, if switching the product on/off is not an option.
We would advise to check the following:
- Are the batteries full and making good contact in the battery compartment?
- If the mouse has an on/off switch: Turn the mouse off, wait ten seconds, and turn the mouse back on with the button on the bottom.
- Plug it into a different USB port.
- Make sure the mouse’s receiver isn’t plugged into a USB hub.
- Make sure the receiver is physically close to the mouse.
- Try turning off other nearby wireless devices.
- Reboot the connection by restarting your Mac.
If the issue persists, test the mouse on another computer.

Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.

Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.

Improve wireless performance.

A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
