There is no driver needed, the microphone works with the audio capability of the device it is connected to.
To install:
- Connect the cable to the microphone and to the USB-port of the computer.
- Switch the volume and microphone on with the buttons on the microphone
- Make sure the microphone is set as the default sound input device on the computer and check the microphone properties (e.g. make sure it is not muted on the computer)
- In Windows 10: Check if the microphone allows apps to access the microphone in the Microphone privacy settings
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
