Children
Although most of Trust's services are intended for adults, Trust also takes into account the possibility that the Web site may be visited and used by visitors under the age of 16. Trust recognizes the specific importance of protecting the privacy of its young online visitors.
For the (gaming) activities organized by Trust, the date of birth is requested upon registration. If the registrant identifies as being a child under the minimum age for digital consent set forth in the laws of individual countries or regions, Trust will seek parental consent for the use of the child's personal data. Trust will also provide the parent/guardian directly with the option to enroll the child.
Trust strives to ensure that children who access our services receive an age-appropriate user experience.
Once we determine that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will delete that data and terminate the child's account and/or reverse it in such a way as to restore the child's age-appropriate user experience.
Trust does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age unless they have permission from parents or guardians or legal representatives. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents and guardians to be involved in their children's online (gaming) activities, in order to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us and we will delete this information.
