If the suction pad doesn't stick:
- Ensure a good seal to make your mount stick.
- Make sure both the inside of the suction cup and your dashboard/windshield are clean and dry.
- Alll of the trapped air between the mount and the dashboard/windshield are pushed out from behind the mount.
- The temperatures between the mount and dashboard/windshield are similar (and close to "room" temperature).
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
