The microphone is located in the inline remote, make sure that nothing is obstructing this when using the headset for phone calls.
You pick up and hang up the phone by pressing the button on the inline microphone 1x.
You decline a phone call by pressing the same button for 2 seconds.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
