TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Trust Gaming & Ubisoft promotion
The Trust Gaming and Ubisoft promotion enables you to get a voucher for the starter edition of Rainbow Six Siege. In order to do so, you must spend over 35 euros on Trust Gaming gear in a LeClerc store in France.
2. Redeem process
2.1 By participating you automatically agree to the terms and conditions
2.2 Once you have spent over 35 euros on Trust Gaming gear in a LeClerc store in France you will need to completely fill in the form on www.trust.com/ubisoftvoucher.
2.3 Only participants that have sent the form via www.trust.com/ubisoftvoucher are able to get a voucher code. Forms submitted via email or mail will not be accepted
2.4 Incomplete or incorrect forms which are not in line with the terms and conditions will not be accepted. When pressing submit you declare that you have filled in the form, on www.trust.com/ubisoftvoucher, completely and with correct information.
2.5 Participation is free
2.6 In order to participate you need a unique receipt. A receipt can only be used once.
2.7 The voucher cannot be exchanged for money or other goods
2.8 Employees of Trust and LeClerc are excluded to take part in the voucher promotion
2.9 Trust item 22352 is excluded from the redeem process, since this bundle already has a voucher code included
3. Timings
3.1 Complete forms can be submitted until XX-XX-2018, all forms submitted after that date are invalid and therefore you will not receive a voucher code
3.2 After you have submitted your form, you will receive a reply from us within 5 working days
3.3 Your redeem code is valid until XX-XX-2018
4. Liability
4.1 Trust may not be held liable for actions and/or costs incurred by the participant. Trust cannot be held liable by (or on behalf of) the participant for any damage, directly or indirectly, caused by or in any way related to this promotion, including non-timely provision of voucher.
4.2 Trust has taken all technical, organizational and administrative measures to create te redemption of vouchers without any problems. Trust is not liable for damage resulting from the temporary suspension or discontuination of the redemption process.
4.3 If and to the extent that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is annuled or terminated, the remaining terms of the Terms and Conditions will remain in force. In that case, Trust will establish a new provision to replace the null and void provision, being complied with the provisions of the annuled/terminated clause as much as possible.
4.4 Trust reserves the right to terminate participation of the participants of this promotion when the participant acts in conflict with these terms and conditions or any other statutory provision, without reporting this to the participant beforehand, without statement of reasons, at Trust's own discretion and without Trust being liable towards the participant.

5. Personal information
Personal information of participants will only be used for the voucher deal and will not be shared with third parties.
5.1 In order to participate, participant must provide the requested personal information to Trust so that Trust can perform the redemption process. Trust will not provide this personal information to third parties.
5.2 The participant's personal data will be processed by Trust in accordance with the current legal provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
