To install the headphones:
1. First fully charge the headphones, this will take approx. 3 hours. The light will go from red to blue when the headphones is fully charged.
2. Press the middle button on the headphones for 10 seconds to start the pairing process. The light will flash red-blue.
3. When the light is flashing, go to the Bluetooth section on the phone and select the TRUST BT.
Note: for some phones it may be necessary to switch Bluetooth off and back on before starting to pair.
4. The headphones is ready to use when the light stops flashing and remains blue.
If you have version 14382-03 or 14382-04, you can download the (Windows 8) driver via the support/download section.
If you have version 14382 or 14382-02 there is no driver available for Windows 10.
The technology used is no longer compatible with this operating system.
To switch the headphones on/off, press the middle button on the headphones for 4 seconds
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
