To use the headset:
- Connect the headset to the USB-port of the computer
- Switch the headset on with the inline remote: Turn the volume on the inline remote up to a higher level. Unmute the microphone
- Go to the sound settings of the computer and select the headset as the default audio device (both input and output) on the computer.
- The headset is ready to use.
There are 2 versions of this headset: 22052 and 22052-02.
Please make sure to download the correct software for your article version. The version should be displayed on the product label.
And make sure that when you download, install and use the program you are doing so with administrator rights.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. This headset has been designed for use with Windows computers only and therefore is not fully compatible with PS4 or Xbox One.
For full functionality software is needed, which is only available for Windows computers, and can't be used on the PS4 or Xbox.
