A driver is not needed for this gamepad.
It functions with the built-in Windows driver.
You can configure it via the Windows Gamecontroller settings.
Please make sure that when you play a game the game is compatible with this type of gamecontroller, and that it is compatible with directInput.
If the game is not compatible with this type of controller or with directInput, it will not be possible to use the gamepad in the game.
There is no driver needed or available for this device. Once the device is connected, your system installs its own built-in system driver for it.
- Make sure your system is up to date
- Unplug the device and restart the system.
- When your system has completely loaded, connect the device directly to the USB port without using a hub or an extension cable.
- Check in the Device Manager if the product is correctly installed or if there is any error message reported.
- The device is ready to be used.
With the analog mode button you can switch between analog and digital function.
For example, in analogue mode the (analogue) joysticks will function.
Which mode you prefer depends on the game and your gaming style.
For racing games, analog control may give you better control over steering. For most fighting games, digital control is usually preferred, but that is entirely personal.
This gamepad is compatible with DirectInput.
We recommend to check whether your game is compatible with DirectInput or only with XInput.
If it is only compatible with XInput, it is unfortunately not possible to adjust the buttons.
When checking the game controller properties in Windows 8 it may seem that the Z Axis is not responding. This is a bug in the Windows 8 system. Go to the ‘settings’ tab and ‘Calibrate’ your game controller to see that the Z Axis is working properly.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
