Amazon Sales Specialist
As an Amazon Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting in the strategic and operational tasks linked to the Amazon ecosystem. You will be part of a fast paced, dynamic team working across 9 EU countries & are therefore required to be adaptable & forward thinking. The role will provide essential support to the Amazon Sales Managers and you will be involved in the day to day running of the Amazon account across multiple areas, which include, but are not limited to; catalogue/content, business reporting, supply chain management & new product launches. You will be required to be proactive in gathering competitor & customer behavior and provide insights which will support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate reports and conduct business reviews on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
· Track and provide insights on market & competitor trends both on Amazon and the wider retail channel
· Monitor & report on Amazon listings, providing key information such as pricing, category ranking & buy box information
· Assist with daily operations and take initiative in streamlining processes related to the broader Amazon business.
· Support supply chain operations by tracking product availability and managing end-of-life (EOL) transitions.
· Prepare reports on chargebacks and disputes related to Amazon deliveries.
· Oversee new product introductions (NPI) and product management during launches on the Amazon platform, ensuring timely activation, compliance with standards, and management of necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an account management and/or sales support role
· Previous experience working with Amazon. An understanding of Vendor/Seller Central is a must
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
