Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Connect the speaker to a USB-charger, which is connected to a wall power outlet.
- Charging the speaker will take approx. 3 hours. The LED on the case will be red when charging. When the speaker is fully charged the light will switch off.
- When the speaker has been fully charged, switch the speaker on by pressing the button for 1 second.
- The LED on the speaker will flash blue when the speaker is in pairing mode.
- Go to the Bluetooth section on the device you are pairing to and select the TRUST AXXY to pair.
- The LED on the speaker will stay blue when the speaker has been successfully paired.
- The Axxy is ready for use.
Make sure that the SD-card is a fat32 formatted MicroSD or MicroSDHC card of max. 32GB, that contains .mp3, .wma or .wav files.
You can pair two Axxy speakers.
You cannot pair the Axxy to a different type of speaker.
- Press the M-button on one of the speakers for 4 seconds.
- Press the M-button on the other speaker for 4 seconds.
- The 2 speakers are linked together.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
