To change the colour modes
Press the 'key with the bulb surrounded by the arrows' to activate the lighting.
Each press of the 'key with the bulb surrounded by the arrows' will change to a different colour mode. Pressing 4x will switch the lighting off again.
Anti-ghosting does not mean that all key combinations are possible, e.g. the combination A + D is not supported. In many games, A stands for left and D for right. To avoid such illogical combinations, not all key combinations are possible.
You can use multiple buttons at the same time, except the combinations:
Left mouse button + back button
Scroll wheel + forward button
Please note that you do not need a combination for forwards and backwards, just press the designated forward or backward button.
You can enable/disable the special gaming mode for disabling the windows key by pressing the FN + Windows key.
The colours are continuously changing.
It is not possible to change this.
Press the DPI-button on the mouse for 5 seconds to switch the lighting off.
When the lighting is off, and you press the DPI-button for 5 seconds, the lighting will switch on again.
If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected.
Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system.
If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one.

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. Although our keyboards and mice are designed for use with computers, they can be used on PS4. However please note, most PS4 games do not support a keyboard and mouse.
When using a (wired) keyboard or mouse with a PS4, make sure it connects well with the PS4. If the PS4 has a connection on the back, connect the keyboard/mouse to the USB-connection on the back of the PS4. Or alternatively use an extension cable or USB hub.
This product has been developed for use with computers only.
To our knowlegde, you can't use a keyboard/mouse on the Switch to play games like you can on a computer, as it's not a supported game controller.
However, you can use a USB-keyboard, as long as the Switch is docked, by plugging it into the USB port on the dock, for text entry (but not for gameplay).
To play games using a keyboard/mouse on the Switch, you would need to purchase some extra peripherals.
You can use our mice and keyboards on the Xbox One.
Please note that Xbox One supports the use of mouse and keyboard in some games and apps, but it doesn’t work for every game or app. The game or app publisher must enable this feature for their content.

The keys are membrane. Mechanical keyboards will have the word Mechanical in the product name, such as the GXT 865 Asta Mechanical Gaming Keyboard.
