You can switch this off following these steps:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click on System and Security
3. Click on Schedule tasks
4. Delete the task Gx-GmTaskPlan

Follow the steps in the mouse settings page

If you don't see the MACRO button and other options in the software screen/Key Setting, you need to check the DPI scaling behavior of the computer:

• Right-click on the application shortcut 
• Choose Properties in the drop-down menu 
• Click on the tab 'Compatibility' 
• Click on the text 'Change high DPI settings' 
• Check the ‘Override’ box (Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:)  
• Choose ‘System’ from the drop-down menu 
• Click ‘OK’. 
• Sign out of your PC. 
• Login to your PC again. 
• Open the software. The software is now fixed and shows the MACRO button options in the software screen/Key Setting.

• Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.
• Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.

Make sure that when you download, install and use the program you are doing so with administrator rights (right-click > run as administrator).

Therefore drivers or installation instructions for other operating systems such as Mac are not available.
