How to install the headset:
1. To PC:
- Connect the headset to the headphones and USB connections of the control box
- Connect the control box to the computer
- Set the headset as the default audio device (input and output) on the computer
2. To PS4:
- Connect the headset to the headphones and USB connections of the control box
- Connect the control box to the Digital Out (Optical) and USB connections of the PS4.
- Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Input Device and select the USB Headset (GXT 383 Gaming Headset)
- Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Output Device and select TV or Amplifier
- Go to Settings > Sound and Screen > Audio Output Settings > Audio Format and select Linear PCM.
3. To Xbox One:
- Connect the headset to the headphones and USB connections of the control box
- Connect the control box to the Xbox controller
- Go to Settings > Headset chat mixer and slide this further to the right.
- Go to All Settings > Display & Sound > Audio Output, select Windows Sonic for Headphones and check the box "Using HDMI or optical audio headset"
It is not possible to switch the lights off.
Note: When you don't plug in the USB-connection, the lights will be off, but your headphones will function as an anolog headset only, without mic mute, volume control, 7.1, etc.
Make sure that the virtual surround function is activated.
The light on the control box is green when surround is activated (and red when stereo is activated).
To switch to surround press the 7.1 button on the connect box.
- Check that the headset is set as correctly on the device.
- Make sure that the microphone mute button on the remote is not activated (the led on the remote is blue)
- Check that the chat volume (on the remote) is high enough
- For consoles: check that the game volume (on the remote) is high enough
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
