Press the on/off button (the middle of the volume wheel marked with the light bulb) on top of the microphone.
Check that the microphone is not muted, via the device the microphone is attached to, or via the microphone itself (the volume buttons on the microphone stand and the on/off button on the microphone neck).
Make sure that you have selected the microphone as the default Sound Input device in the Settings of your device.
When using Windows 10, make sure that the microphone is allowed to be used by apps in the Microphone Privacy Settings.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
