Yes, it is possible to press multiple buttons simultaneously. 

Please note that this doesn't mean that all buttons can be pressed simultaneously, since this depends on the specific hardware of a mouse. Mice may have the hardware limitation that the thumb buttons can't be used together with left/right/mid click.

Open the software and choose "Keyboard event". Doubleclick the top cell to start recording. First register a key and then drag this key to the desired button.

Mice with a built in DPI precision are more sensitive and more precise than normal mice.  As this mouse has been developed to be a gaming mouse, the sensibility and precision are important.

DPI Precision is a function of the mouse, which allows you to change the DPI during a specific moment. A practical example, let's say that in a game at any given time you have to aim with a sniper rifle, in that case if you hold down the key that you have previously determined to use the DPI Precision, the sensitivity will adjust to whatever sensitivity you have previously established as DPI Precision.

DPI and DPI Precision do not have to be the same. But can not be set separately from each other, the value will change when you change the value from the DPI.

There are 2 versions of this mouse, 21726 and 21726-02.
Please make sure to download the correct software for your article version.
And when you download, install and use the program you are doing so with administrator rights

Check the following:
- The product is connected correctly to the computer.
- The software has been restarted.
- You have downloaded, installed and are using the software with administrator rights (run as administrator).

When the file doesn't completely download/install to your computer, we recommend:

• Delete the downloaded file or files
• To uninstall the installed file
• After all is removed and uninstalled, re-download the file from the website. 

Please note:

• Install the file only after it has been fully downloaded, otherwise you will receive an error.
• Alternatively use a different browser and/or a download manager to download the file.
• Make sure to install the file with administrator rights.
• Check that your virus software program is configured correctly for downloads.
• When more than 1 file is available, make sure to download the correct file for your article version and operating system version.

• Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.
• Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

This particular product has been developed for use with the Windows operating systems only.

Therefore drivers or installation instructions for other operating systems such as Mac are not available.
