It is possible to use the VR-glasses with your eye-glasses on, but the level of comfort depends on the size of the eyeglass frame.
With a bigger frame, the frame might be pressed onto your face slightly.
However, this can easily be adjusted by making sure the VR-glasses aren't set too tight.

The supplied remote control is compatible with VR applications that support the use of a Bluetooth device. Make sure that when you use the controller, the application is compatible with the Bluetooth controller.
For example Google Cardboard is not fully compatible with this type of controller. Perhaps in the future, the app will be updated to be compatible with a Bluetooth controller.
If the application doesn't support the controller, it will not be possible to use the remote control in the application. It will then function as a multimedia player instead. Then you have to select the action manually.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
