The product pulls the air out of the laptop, it doesn't blow air in the laptop.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. Unfortunately we don't have this cable available as a sparepart.
It might be available via specialized local or online shops.
The cable has an USB-A connector at one side and a coaxial power connector at the other side.
The sizes of the coaxial connector are:
