This is a project of 6 months within our organisation with the potential to become a permanent position and is instrumental to the success in our communication strategy for GXTrust, our gaming brand.

Your primary focus will be on creating and executing our community engagement strategy to drive brand awareness, enhance customer loyalty, and promote GXTrust’s range of gaming peripherals, including gaming chairs, keyboards, headsets, and mice. This function reports to the Brand Manager Gaming, occasionally (and for specific topics) to the Social Media Manager, and works closely with customer support and the local marketing managers as well as our PR / Influencers agencies. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the gaming industry and with solid knowledge of social gaming platforms and gaming influencers.

· On the longer term, we also envision the need to organise and moderate community events, tournaments, and competitions to create excitement among gamers.

· Curate user-generated content and leverage it to amplify the brand's presence and reach within the gaming community.
· Generate engaging content such as blog posts, articles, videos, and livestreams to keep the community informed and entertained.

Brand advocacy and relationship building

· Identify and build relationships - in close cooperation with the local marketing managers - with key influencers, gaming organisations, and potentially esports teams to expand GXTrust's reach and influence within the gaming community.
· Empower and mobilise brand advocates within the community to spread positive word-of-mouth and drive product recommendations.
· Where needed, represent GXTrust at gaming events, trade shows, and conventions to network with industry professionals and strengthen the brand's presence in the gaming market.

Feedback collection and sharing

· Act as the voice of the community within GXTrust, gathering feedback, suggestions, and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives.
· Collaborate with internal teams including product development, marketing, and customer support to share community feedback and ensure that GXTrust products and services meet the needs and expectations of gamers.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in community management, preferably within the gaming industry.
· Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and communities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.

· Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate community events and activities.
· Fluency in multiple European languages and proficiency with content creation/editing is a plus.
