When using the gamepad wireless, first fully charge the gamepad. This will take approx. 2 hours.
Switch:
1. Go to the Switch settings > controllers > Change Grip/Order
2. Press Home + A on the gamepad for 3 seconds
3. Go to the Switch settings and follow instructions:
- Press L + R on the controller
- Press A when you're ready
PC
Wireless
1. Connect the receiver to the computer
2. Press Home + Y on the gamepad for 3 seconds
PC Wired
1. Connect the gamepad to the USB-A connection of the computer
2. Press Home + Y on the gamepad for 3 seconds
Bluetooth device
1. Press Home + R on the gamepad for 3 seconds
2. Go to the Bluetooth settings of the computer and select the controller in the list of available Bluetooth devices
You can update your gamepad by following these steps:
1. Download the latest driver file from https://www.trust.com/24790/driver
2. Unplug the receiver from your computer.
3. Reboot your computer and wait until your operating system has completely finished booting.
4. Connect the gamepad to your computer using the included data cable.
5. Open the program.
6. Click the Start button.
7. Wait for the update to be installed. Do not unplug the gamepad or interrupt this process!
8. Click on OK when the message "Download Successful!" appears and then close the program.
9. Your gamepad is ready to be used.
It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product.
This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
