E-commerce Content Specialist

Join Trust HQ as a E-commerce Content Specialist and play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing online content across various marketplace E-commerce platforms in Europe. You'll be responsible for creating engaging visuals, captivating copy, and multimedia content to boost product detail pages and manage Trust brand stores. Collaborate with key departments to align content with business objectives and contribute to the E-commerce strategy with valuable insights. Perform market analysis to identify content opportunities and ensure content consistency and quality during the onboarding process for new l marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically optimize online content from our headquarters in Dordrecht across various marketplace platforms in Europe, including Amazon and others.
  • Implement engaging visuals, captivating copy, and other multimedia content to enhance product detail pages.
  • Create and manage Trust brand stores on our online channels
  • Contribute to and enhance the E-commerce strategy by providing key insights on performance metrics
  • Perform market analysis to identify content opportunities within the Home & Office, Gaming, Mobile accessories, and Smart Home categories.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new marketplaces, ensuring content consistency and quality.
  • Contribute to automating the creation of new product listings on key channels
  • Collaborate with the content team to identify and implement optimizations based on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with key departments such as Advertising, Marketing, and Sales to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • An understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces, including platforms like Amazon, eBay, bol.com, etc.
  • Experience in optimizing content for SEO and at least familiarity with back-end portals like Amazon Vendor Central
  • Proficiency in understanding captivating copy, engaging visuals, and other multimedia content.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, comfortable with internal communication across departments.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements in content performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
  • Independent thinker, quick learner, and self-motivated.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Preferred: Experience with visual editing tools like Photoshop or InDesign.
