- Make sure to be within 5 meters of your computer.
- When using desktop PC, plug the Fayzo receiver in the front of your computer, not in the back. The metal case might block the signal otherwise.
- When also using a USB 3.0 capable device (blue USB plug) such as USB drive or external SSD, plug the Fayzo receiver on a different side of the computer.
- Don’t plug the Fayzo dongle into an USB 3.0 hub, plug the dongle directly into your computer. If you have to use an USB hub, consider using an USB 2.0 type hub.
- Don’t block the outside of the left earcup with wet hair, stickers, your hands etc. as this might affect the signal.
- Maybe the battery is low. Charge the headset
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
