This gamepad works with standard drivers for Windows. When you connect it to your computer, the operating system will automatically detect and install the device. There are no dedicated drivers needed or available.
After installing the gamepad, you can configure it via the Windows Gamecontroller settings.
Wwhen you play a game make sure that the game is compatible with this type of gamecontroller, and that the correct input type (Xinput or directInput) has been selected.
When the controller is not working in a game, make sure that the game is compatible with this type of gamecontroller.
And that the correct input type (directInput or Xinput) has been selected for the game.
Check which input standard has been selected on the gamepad: Directinput or X-input.
If X-input is selected, the controller may indeed be recognized as an Xbox 360 controller.
A switch is located on the back of the gamepad, with this switch you can change the input method from X-Input to DirectInput.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. X-input is the input standard for newer games for the Windows operating systems and is used by most of the latest games that support the use of a gamepad. If the game supports X-input, the gamepad is used in X-input mode.
DirectInput is an older input standard for gaming and is used by most older games that support the use of a gamepad.If the game supports Directinput, the gamepad is used in DirectInput mode.
For correct use the gamepad switch must be set according to the input that the game specifies: X-input or DirectInput mode.
