Drivers are not needed for this mouse, it functions with the built-in system driver.
To install:
- Make sure your computer is up-to-date
- Remove all errors from the Device Manager
- Connect the mouse to the computer without using a hub or extension cable.
- The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver, this might take a few moments
- The mouse is ready for use
This product doesn't need any drivers to function.
Just connect and the product should work.
Yes, it is possible to press multiple buttons simultaneously.
Please note that this doesn't mean that all buttons can be pressed simultaneously, since this depends on the specific hardware of a mouse. Mice may have the hardware limitation that the thumb buttons can't be used together with left/right/mid click.
The colours are continuously changing.
It is not possible to change this.
By pressing the DPI-button you will change the DPI.
There is no visual indication for the DPI selection, other than that the pointer speed on the screen will be faster or slower, depending on the DPI that is selected.
This mouse uses a generic driver of Windows, which doesn't provide a possibility to adjust button functions.
However, you can try with software which is available on internet to configure the buttons.

Please note that this solution is not official, as there is no Trust software available for programming the buttons, and therefore it is not supported, nor is proper functioning of the software guaranteed.
If the lighting of the product does not turn off when the PC is turned off, we recommend that you check the settings of the USB port. Some computers continuously power the USB ports even when the computer itself is turned off.
