This Bluetooth adapter doesn’t need a special driver on Windows 8, 10 or 11. It functions with the Windows Bluetooth driver.
Follow these steps to install:
- Unplug the Bluetooth dongle.
- Remove all drivers for this device and all Bluetooth devices previously installed on your computer.
- Restart the system.
- Plug the Bluetooth dongle in.
- Let Windows recognize the dongle and install the Windows Bluetooth driver. This might take a few moments.
- First you will notice an unknown device in the Bluetooth section, this will change shortly thereafter into the name of the dongle itself.
- Followed shortly by the Bluetooth icon that will appear on the taskbar.
Note: this icon could be hidden (under the triangle/arrow up of hidden icons). - The installation has been completed.

Make sure the phone/headset is located close to your computer.

Make sure you are not transferring files and using a Bluetooth headset at the same time.

Make sure the device is set to "findable/pairing mode". Refer to the manual of that device to find out how.

Note: some devices like headsets and mice may stay findable for a short time, so connect to them quickly!

A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
