If you find that your hands do a lot of the talking, the non-slip LED-illuminated base provides great stability and the mute button is easily accessible if you don’t want to be heard for a while.
The Zabi’s got all the features you’d want from a desk mic, which makes it so super smooth to operate. Its flexible neck can be moved into any position so that you can comfortably settle down for a chat wherever you like. What’s more, it comes with a 1.4m USB cable, so you can set it up in any corner of your desk. The LED light on the button indicates when you can be heard; it comes on when the microphone is active and turns off when you are muted.

Check that the microphone is not muted, via the button on top of the microphone stand.
Make sure that you have selected the microphone as the default Sound Input device in the Settings of your device.
When using Windows 10, make sure that the microphone is allowed to be used by apps in the Microphone Privacy Settings.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
