The Trust Mydo Silent Click Wireless Mouse is as comfortable as it is quiet, reducing key-click sounds by at least 90%. Which means you’re free to work in peace – at home or at the office.
A 10m wireless range gives you freedom to sit and work where you like, while a speed select button (1000/1400/1800 DPI) lets you control mouse sensitivity for the control that best suits you.
A storable micro-USB receiver means you’re always ready to plug in and get to work. Meanwhile, an on/off power switch better enables you to conserve battery life.

To make sure that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used (since some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off), we recommend to doublecheck the power management options of the USB-port, if switching the product on/off is not an option.
Depending on the version of your mouse, the receiver is stored either inside the product (bottom) itself, or inside the battery compartment of the mouse.
It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product.
This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.
It appears that the mouse is not properly paired with the receiver. To pair the receiver:
- Disconnect receiver from PC
- Press both the right and middle mouse buttons for two seconds
- After pressing the buttons, connect the receiver to the PC while the mouse is within 10 cm of the receiver.
- The mouse should now connect to the receiver.
If a device is not functioning on your Mac, the first thing you can do is reset the Mac SMC, a simple process which is slightly different depending on the Mac hardware.
Another Fix for USB-port not working is the NVRAM Reset. Sometimes resetting the NVRAM / PRAM on a Mac can help resolve the US port failure as well, since NVRAM holds various data about keyboards, mouse, trackpad, and other USB components.
If, after an SMC reset, and after an NVRAM reset, none of the USB ports are working, and no USB device is working, something else is likely up with the Mac.
If there are firmware and OS X software updates available, install them onto the Mac. You can check this by going to the Apple menu > App Store > Updates section – be sure to backup the Mac before installing any system software.
If a single USB port has failed but other USB ports are continuing to work on the Mac, even after an SMC reset, there may be an issue with that specific hardware USB port – you can either avoid using that USB port and instead use a USB hub for one of the other functioning ports, or you can have Apple run a hardware diagnostics test on the machine to determine if there is any hardware failure.
If some USB devices work on the Mac, but another USB device does not work, consider that the device may be incompatible with that particular Mac, the USB device may be failing or have failed.
