To install the mouse:
To install a Bluetooth mouse on a Mac:
- Make sure that your computer is up-to-date: Apple menu > App Store > Updates section
- Place the battery and check that it is full and making good contact inside the battery compartment.
- If needed, turn the mouse on, and make sure the mouse is within range of your Mac.
- Put the mouse into pairing mode (depending on the mouse, you may need press one or more buttons).
- Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select System Preferences > Bluetooth
- If it's not already on, select "Turn Bluetooth On."
- Wait for your mouse to appear on the list. Click on its icon or the word "Connect" to finish the pairing process.
- Click on your mouse, and the text will indicate when it's connected. Note that your mouse needs to be within range of your device.
- If needed, once the mouse is connected, navigate to System Preferences > Mouse and System Preferences > Accessibility > Mouse & Trackpad to configure it.
- The mouse is ready for use.
This mouse is equipped with an energy-saving mode that is activated after a certain period of inactivity. You can wake up the mouse by using it again. This is a built-in feature that unfortunately cannot be turned off. The energy saving function is designed to extend battery life and extend the useful life of the mouse without changing the battery.
We do not set a pincode for this mouse.
If you can not skip this pincode, we recommend that Windows generate its own new code.
Or that you use a default code like 0000 or 1234.
By pressing the DPI-button you will change the DPI.
There is no visual indication for the DPI selection, other than that the pointer speed on the screen will be faster or slower, depending on the DPI that is selected.
To make sure that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used (since some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off), we recommend to doublecheck the power management options of the USB-port, if switching the product on/off is not an option.
Note: some devices like headsets and mice may stay findable for a short time, so connect to them quickly!
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
