Customer Support Agent Spanish & French
Full-time/part-time (minimum of 24h a week)

We are looking for a Multilingual Customer Service Agent who is committed and dynamic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to support tickets related to our products, marketplaces, and spare parts orders. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to collaborate on the creation and improvement of our AI-powered support system.
No prior technical expertise is required, as we provide the necessary training. However, we are looking for someone eager to learn and grow in the sector, while ensuring an excellent experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to customer support tickets in English, Spanish, and French;
• Organize time effectively to provide quick, clear, and efficient responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience;
• Address customer concerns, set clear expectations, and resolve conflicts with professionalism and courtesy;
• Manage and coordinate shipments of spare parts, ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and in good condition;
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of resolved cases, ensuring the entire team stays aligned and can enhance overall service quality through shared insights and ongoing collaboration;
• Work with other internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer service processes;
• Actively collaborate in the implementation and improvement of our AI-powered support system;
• Operate in a hybrid work model (a combination of remote and in-office work), with flexibility depending on the team's requirements.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French (advanced level written and spoken). Strong written and verbal communication skills; If you are fluent in one language and currently improving your skills in another, we encourage you to apply;
• Ability to organize and manage time efficiently to provide quick and accurate responses to customers;
• Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and a team player;
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Additional Skills Considered a Plus:
• Knowledge of Dutch, German, or Italian;
• Previous experience in customer service, online support, or ticket management on marketplace platforms;
• Basic knowledge of AI or an interest in collaborating on automation and continuous improvement projects;
• Basic knowledge of ticket management tools (a plus, but not essential).
