There is no driver needed or available for this device. Once the device is connected, your system installs its own built-in system driver for it.
- Make sure your system is up to date
- Unplug the device and restart the system.
- When your system has completely loaded, connect the device directly to the USB port without using a hub or an extension cable.
- Check in the Device Manager if the product is correctly installed or if there is any error message reported.
- The device is ready to be used.

Configure the buttons in your games settings / controls menu.

For PC: Uninstall old software that is related to gaming controllers.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. This steering wheel is suitable for Windows computers and PS3 only.
Unfortunately there is no list of compatible games available.
The racing wheel GXT 288 Taivo works with most games which are compatible with racing wheels.
However, it is almost imposible to check every racing/driving game in the market and therefore we did not develop such a list.
If the wheel is not working in your game, check if the correct input mode (X-Input or DirectInput) for the game is set on the wheel. Information on setting the input mode can be found in the user manual.
